- Check-in at 12 pm

- Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay and please allow us to try and

solve any problem you may have at the villa.

- Smoking is prohibited in the room and inside the Villa.

- Please switch off all lights and turn off the Air-conditioner at all times

when the room is not occupied.

- Illegal activities ie carrying /consuming drugs narcotics and carrying

firearms/ weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Management

has the right to report such activities.

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted within limits.

- Outside food is allowed.

- The helper will be available at the Villa from 8 am to 8pm.

- Loud music is not permitted post 10 pm outdoors.

- Only Resident guests permitted on the property.

- Guests shall be liable for any damage and repair costs, which will be charged at

actuals at checkout also please take care not to stain the bed, bed linen,

upholstery, towels.

- Our home is in a rural area on the border of Gujarat & Maharashtra powered by

MSEB, in case of disruption we have inverter back –up for lights and fans only.

- There ‘may’ be Load-shedding on Fridays Between 9 am and 5 pm .
