Movie Shoots

We also lease out the property for movie shoots, this includes the entire Villa as well as the orchard. Charges are flat at Rs 1,25,000/- per day. This does not include any stay on the property. Rates will differ on weekends and during a festive season. Please note that there is an insufficient electricity load for floodlights etc, so a generator van will be required at your cost. Any additional utilities used will be charged extra. A 100% advance payment is required for the same along with a mandatory deposit of Rs 5 lakh.
